Padel Club Manager & Teaching Professional
Club in Sterling, Virginia is looking for a Padel Club Manager & Teaching Professional.

Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to be the manager and teaching pro at the DMV’s premier Padel Club in Sterling, VA!
You will work closely with the owner to help run the day to day operations of the entire facility. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing operations of the club
• Running all programs, clinics, and events at the club
• Teaching lessons and clinics, with added commission
• Basic graphic design work on Canva for promotional flyers and announcements
• Maintaining vendor relationships and ordering supplies
• Being present at the club during peak hours (weekday nights and weekends)
• Being the main point of contact for customer questions and complaints
• Setting staff schedules
• Filling in for staff during emergencies
• Being reachable during all opening hours of the club for any issues that arise
• Checking customers in
• Assisting with checking out customers in the equipment shop
• Assisting with making coffee and smoothies in the juice bar
