Racquets Professional
Club in Easton, Pennsylvania is looking for a Racquets Professional.

Position Overview:
Northwood is a multi-sport racquet club in the Lehigh Valley – tennis, padel, and pickleball, with newly resurfaced indoor hard courts (the best surface in the market) plus outdoor Har-Tru. We’re growing fast and hiring two full-time Racquets Professionals to help build something serious. This is a career track, not hourly work you piece together.

What you’ll do:

- Coach across our full program – all coaches rotate through juniors, adults, clinics, and high performance. Every coach knows every player, and every family knows every coach. – Teach private lessons and group clinics across tennis, padel, and pickleball
Build your own private-lesson book – we help fill it from our camp, evaluation, and member funnel – Support our junior academy and USTA tournament pathway alongside the head coach – Run leagues, round robins, mixers, and special events – with a discretionary budget to make them good – Help keep courts and equipment clean, organized, and ready for play – Collaborate with the front desk and marketing team to grow participation – Weekend availability required – weekends are when this club runs

What we’re looking for:

- UTR 9+ or equivalent college/competitive playing experience – Real teaching experience — you can walk onto a court in September and run a group without hand-holding – A 6- to 12-month minimum of coaching under your belt – ready to lead, not learn the basics – Tennis required; padel and pickleball a plus – we’ll certify you in what you’re missing – Warm with kids, especially beginners. That’s most of the job and the part that matters – Friendly, energetic, organized, proactive — a team player who brings ideas – Comfortable with booking/scheduling software and managing your own program logistics – Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stay active on court for extended periods
