Club in Lexington, Kentucky is looking for a full-time Tennis Professional.

Genesis Health Clubs is the third-largest tennis company in the United States, providing exceptional tennis experiences across multiple states. Our Lexington Tennis Club is one of the premier tennis facilities in the region, featuring 15 indoor courts and 7 outdoor courts, a thriving junior and adult tennis community, and year-round programming.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate Full-Time Tennis Professional who is committed to delivering world-class coaching while helping grow the game of tennis. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with opportunities to make a lasting impact on players of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach private lessons and group clinics for juniors and adults. – Lead junior development programs, adult clinics, leagues, camps, and special events. – Create a fun, positive, and engaging environment that keeps players coming back. – Build strong relationships with members, parents, and guests through outstanding customer service. – Assist with tournaments, match play, social events, and club programming. – Help recruit and retain players while promoting club programs and events. – Maintain a safe, organized, and professional court environment. – Work collaboratively with the tennis team to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

- PTR, USPTA, or equivalent coaching certification preferred. – Previous coaching experience with both junior and adult players. – Strong playing background and sound technical knowledge of the game. – Excellent communication and organizational skills. – Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for growing the game of tennis. – Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
