Tennis Professional
Club in New York City is looking for a Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Part-Time Tennis Professional to join our tennis team for approximately 35 hours per week.

The ideal candidate should be a strong player and hitter with previous tennis coaching experience and the ability to work effectively with players of all ages and skill levels, from juniors and recreational players to advanced competitive players.

Responsibilities include:

Teaching private and group tennis lessons
Working with both adult and junior players
Conducting clinics, drills, and tennis programs
Providing high-quality instruction with a strong focus on fundamentals, technique, consistency, and player development
Maintaining a professional and positive environment on court
Working closely with the Tennis Director and other members of the tennis staff
Assisting with tennis events and programming as needed

Requirements:

Strong playing and hitting ability
Previous tennis coaching experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, energetic, and punctual
Ability to work with players of different ages and playing levels
Strong understanding of tennis fundamentals, technique, and strategy
Weekend availability is required
Flexibility to work approximately 35 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends
