Tennis facility in Cincinnati, Ohio is looking for a Schools & Community Educator.
Position Overview:
The Cincinnati Tennis Foundation is seeking a high-energy Schools & Community Educator to lead on-site school physical education, after-school enrichment, and seasonal camp programming.
This full-time, hourly role is hands-on and community-focused. You will serve as the lead face of CTF across local schools, introductory youth programs, and summer camps, ensuring youth receive top-tier physical education and social-emotional growth. Additionally, you will support impact tracking and community events, playing a pivotal role in expanding CTF’s reach to youth across Greater Cincinnati.
Primary Responsibilities
• On-Site Program Delivery (85%): Lead school PE sessions, LEAP after-school initiatives, weekend introductory programs (tennis, leagues, pickleball), and summer camp operations.
• Camp & Staff Supervision: Oversee daily summer camp logistics, ensuring safety, academic enrichment, and high-quality instruction while guiding seasonal staff.
• Community Outreach: Represent CTF at local school events, festivals, and library days to connect with local families and elevate program visibility.
• Data & Impact Tracking (15%): Administer year-round Hello Insight evaluations, collect program survey data, and track participant conversions alongside leadership.
• Partner Relations: Maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and parents to deliver a seamless partner experience.
Work Breakdown
• Program Delivery & Site Coordination: ~34 hours/week
• Impact Tracking, Admin & Meetings: ~6 hours/week
Key Qualifications
• Direct experience working with youth in school, camp, or recreational sports settings.
• Strong organizational, group management, and leadership skills.
• Passion for creating inclusive, positive, and impactful experiences for young people.
• Familiarity with tennis, physical education, or youth sports is a plus but not a requirement.
• Comfort managing basic data collection systems (training provided).
