Assistant Racquets Professional
Country Club in Atlantic Beach, Florida is looking for an Assistant Racquets Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Racquets Professional position is jointly responsible to execute all tennis & pickleball activities as assigned and directed by the Club’s Director of Racquets and Head Racquets Professional. The Assistant Professional provides instruction and service to ensure that Member needs are met and that the experience we deliver surpasses expectations. As part of the greater Racquets Team, the Assistant Professional supports court conditions and the overall high-performance of the entire Racquets facility.

The ideal candidate should be either USPTA or PTR certified or willing to take the necessary steps in becoming certified with the support of the Club. Competency in the USTA Quickstart pathway, group teaching, private instruction, and event management is preferred. Our pickleball program is in its infancy, and any coaching experience is beneficial but not necessary.

The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, collaborative, communicative and enjoys being part of a team and growing and improving each day!

Compensation package includes a competitive hourly base rate an hour on top of on-court programming rates for clinics, group programming and individual lessons. Compensation for racquet stringing is available for candidates with knowledge and desire to support our stringing program.
