Head Boys Tennis Coach
Tennis facility in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania is looking for a Head Boys Tennis Coach.

Position Overview:
Trinity High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Tennis Coach(es) to develop our boys and girls tennis program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tennis and with a focus on promoting teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship.

As the Head Coach, you will play a key role in mentoring athletes, coordinating practices, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment that is in line with Trinity’s faith and mission statement.

Job Description:
-Provide guidance and support to athletes
-Foster a positive team culture by promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among athletes
-Coordinate practice schedules, competitions, and team events to ensure smooth operations
-Collaborate with assistant coaches and staff to ensure effective communication and program coordination.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during training sessions and competitions
-Open Communication with Athletic Director
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages.
-Experience working with students or children in a coaching or mentoring capacity.
-Understanding of Tennis seeding and competition brackets
-Ability to demonstrate leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to use technology necessary to promote athletes
