Head Tennis Professional
Tennis Academy in Orlando, Florida is looking for a Head Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
The Racquets Professional supports the Director in providing high-quality tennis instruction and fostering a vibrant tennis community within the club. This role involves teaching lessons, running clinics, assisting in tennis program management, and promoting player development for all ages and skill levels. The Pro helps organize events and tournaments, ensures proper court maintenance, and provides exceptional service to members. The ideal candidate will have great passion and professionalism for teaching and improving players of all ages and abilities.

The compensation package includes lesson and commission. Compensation is based on lesson and clinic hourly income.

Key Responsibilities:

Tennis Instruction:
Conduct private and group lessons for players of all ages and skill levels.
Assist the Director with clinics, camps, and events.

Player Development:
Mentor and develop junior players, from beginners to advanced competitors.
Offer guidance to adults in social and competitive play environments.
Programs & Camp;

Event Support:
Assist in organizing and running tournaments, social events, and club leagues.
Collaborate with the Director to create new programs that engage
members and increase participation.
Participate in promotional efforts to grow tennis programs and recruit new members.
Set up courts for lessons, clinics, and events with appropriate equipment (e.g., balls, cones, ball machines).

Customer Service:
Build strong relationships with club members, maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude.
Address member questions, concerns, and feedback related to tennis programs.
Promote the club’s tennis offerings and encourage member engagement through personalized outreach.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
