Head Padel Coach and Club Manager
Club in Bethesda, Maryland is looking for a Head Padel Coach and Club Manager.

Job Summary:
Padel Social is a seasonal padel club opening this spring 2025. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic padel professional to help lead the team and develop the growing sport of padel in the greater Washington, DC, area.

The Head Padel Coach and Club Manager will oversee padel programming as well as manage many of the day-to-day operations of the club. The Head Padel Coach/Club Manager will oversee a small team of staff, including assistant pros and club attendants. This is a part-time, 6-month opportunity with potential to grow with us in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and bookings of the padel club
• Develop and manage social events, tournaments, and training programs.
• Drive player growth and retention through excellent customer service and engagement initiatives.
• Coach players of all levels in private lessons and clinics.
• Supervise club attendants and assistant padel coaches.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment.
• Ensure courts, clubhouse, and equipment are well-maintained and up to standard.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous padel coaching and high-level of padel play is required.
• Experience with daily racket sports club operations and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to become an enthusiastic ambassador of the club and the sport.
• Excitement and willingness to grow a padel community from the ground up.

Hours & Compensation:

• Pay commensurate with experience. Base plus commissions
• 25 to 35 hours per week
• Estimated start date May 1, 2025
