Tennis facility in Lithia Springs, Georgia is looking for a Head Racquets Professional.

We’re offering a unique opportunity at Manchester Place, a thriving apartment community in Lithia Springs, Georgia (just outside Atlanta), perfect for a rising professional who’s ready to teach, lead, and learn.

We’re searching for a motivated and energetic Head Racquets Professional to lead fun and engaging programming across 1 tennis court and 4 pickleball courts, serving a built-in audience of nearly 1,000 residents. This part-time role offers the chance to make a big impact with room to grow—both the programs and your own career. You’ll work directly with residents of all ages and levels while receiving mentorship from an industry leading professional.

Whether you’re newly certified or just getting started in the racquets industry, this position is ideal for someone who wants to teach a mix of tennis and pickleball, learn the ropes of program management, and take the next step professionally in a supportive, community-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

On-Court Instruction (Approx. 15 Hours/Week)

Teach beginner and intermediate tennis and pickleball lessons

Lead junior tennis clinics (ROG), adult drills, and group classes

Offer private lessons and small group instruction to residents

Program & Event Support

Help shape fun and creative programming, including social mixers, leagues, and youth events

Assist in organizing tournaments and community-wide activities that bring players together

Play a role in growing the junior pipeline and beginner interest in racquet sports

Admin & Growth (Approx. 5–10 Hours/Week)

Assist with scheduling, court bookings, and communication with residents

Help manage equipment and coordinate with property staff to keep things running smoothly

Be a positive presence in the community and a key player in program growth

Who You Are:

A certified (or soon-to-be certified) tennis professional looking to gain hands-on experience

Familiar with ROG (Red, Orange, Green) junior programming and excited to build a youth following

Open to learning pickleball or already confident teaching it

Great with people—friendly, reliable, and ready to inspire beginners and intermediates

Comfortable with light admin duties and working independently

Driven to turn a part-time role into a full-time opportunity through creativity and hustle

Compensation & Benefits:

Part-time position with room for growth into full-time based on performance

Option for rent stipend or commission based on weekly instruction

15 hours/week on-court, plus admin hours and bonuses for program growth

Clinic and private lesson pay based on experience

Flexible schedule and a chance to build something from the ground up

Direct mentorship from seasoned racquets professional Matt Bacon
