Padel Club Attendant
Club in Bethesda, Maryland is looking for a Padel Club Attendant.

Position Overview:
Job Summary:
Padel Social is a seasonal padel club opening this spring 2025. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic padel club attendant to support daily operations of the club. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter excited about the world’s fastest growing sport.

The Club Attendant will be a welcoming presence at the front desk and around the courts, checking in players, monitoring court bookings and helping maintain a positive, clean and professional environment at the club. Ideally, this candidate will have knowledge of racket sports and be eager to learn the ins-and-outs of padel. This is a part-time, 6-month opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the front desk/check-in experience
• Answer phone calls and emails from guests
• Open and/or close facility using our task checklist
• Complete pro shop sales and answer general questions about equipment
• Assist with marketing, club projects and business development initiatives
• Assist during social events and tournaments
• Ensure courts, clubhouse, and equipment are clean, well-maintained and up to standard
• Take on tasks and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Foster a positive and professional work environment

Qualifications & Experience:
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-starter who would thrive in a small, entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with racket sports and willingness to learn about padel
• Ability to become an enthusiastic ambassador of the club and the sport

Hours & Compensation:
• 20 to 30 hours per week, including weekends
• $18 to $20 per hour

• Estimated start date May 1, 2025
