Club in North Easton, Massachusetts is looking for a Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
Tennis Club near Boston is dedicated to developing talent and creating a vibrant tennis community. We offer three indoor hard courts, five indoor clay courts, and two outdoor clay courts in a peaceful suburban setting with easy access to the city by car or commuter rail.

Job Description: We seek passionate Tennis Professionals to join our team and help enhance our club’s growth. In this role, you will provide quality instruction to players of all ages and skill levels and be free to develop your coaching style and programs.

You will work with experienced leadership that understands the realities of a tennis professional’s role. This position offers independence and potential career advancement, including an assistant director position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalized tennis instruction to improve player skills.

- Create and implement engaging training programs and events.

- Support community outreach efforts to promote tennis and increase membership.

- Work collaboratively with staff to foster an inviting club atmosphere.

- Develop your brand and market your services within the club.

- Stay informed about industry trends and player development.

- Engage actively with players, providing energetic and helpful guidance.

- Perform some administrative tasks for additional pay.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a tennis coach or a driven younger coach eager to develop their skills.

- Strong communication skills to engage with players and parents.

- A passion for tennis and a commitment to inspiring others.

- Innovative mindset with a willingness to explore new ideas.

- Certification from a recognized tennis organization (USTA, PTR, USPTA) is required.

- Minimum USTA player rating of 4.0.
