Cohasset Tennis Club is a premier indoor facility on Boston’s South Shore, featuring four indoor clay courts and a vibrant, multi-generational membership. We pride ourselves on cultivating a welcoming, high-level, and community-oriented tennis environment.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a personable and experienced Assistant Tennis Professional to join our team for the 2025–2026 indoor season. This position supports a wide range of programming—including ladies’ teams, junior development, private lessons, and special events—while playing a key role in fostering a strong, inclusive club culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach private lessons, group clinics, junior programming, and ladies’ team practices

Foster meaningful relationships with members through proactive, responsive, and consistent communication

Actively engage with players and families to understand their needs and create a welcoming, inclusive environment

Promote a strong sense of community by connecting members with programs, events, and staff

Assist with in-house events, match play, and seasonal programming

Collaborate with the Director of Tennis and fellow staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of tennis teaching experience

Ability to build positive, effective working relationships with members, parents, staff, and volunteers

Energetic and reliable with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a growth mindset

USTA or PTR certification is a plus (not required)
