Director of Tennis
Club in Moorestown Township, New Jersey is looking for a Director of Tennis.

Position Overview:
Ideal Candidate: – A passionate and experienced tennis professional with a deep understanding of both tennis and pickleball. – Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with members and potential recruits. – Proven track record in delivering successful tennis programs or coaching experiences. – Strong organizational skills to coordinate events and clinics. – Ability to inspire and motivate junior players, fostering a love for the sport. – Confidence in promoting the club and its offerings to prospective members. – A friendly and approachable demeanor, enhancing the club’s welcoming culture.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordinates maintenance, repair, and cleaning of courts with Grounds and Maintenance departments. • Writes and edits tennis-related news for the club’s newsletter.
• Selects, trains, supervises, schedules, and evaluates additional Tennis instructors and other tennis staff. • Manages Tennis shop with the opportunity for sales and services.
• Ensure that all club members and guests receive courteous, prompt and professional attention to all their tennis needs.
• Markets tennis facilities for members and guests.
• Develop a detailed annual calendar of tennis activities and applicable promotional campaigns during the tennis season.
• Maintains a close working relationship with other club professionals.
• Pro should be committed to coaching and training the competitive teams that represent the club

About You: • Minimum of 2 years as a Tennis Professional. • USPTA certification or ITF Certification is required • High School Diploma or equivalent required • College Degree preferred

Compensation
Salary range is $35000 to $50000
Commission on all Drills, Lessons, Clinics
