Tennis Coach
Club in Overland Park, Kansas is looking for a Tennis Coach.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct private and group tennis lessons for juniors and adults
• Assist in planning and running tennis programs, clinics, and tournaments
• Travel and coach at tournaments as requested by the Junior Tennis Director
• Provide on-court coaching with a focus on technique, skill development, and strategy
• Provide feedback and progress updates to members and/or parents
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for players of all abilities
• Reconcile and adjust daily lessons in the scheduling system to ensure accurate billing and reporting
• Maintain court cleanliness and ensure proper use of equipment
• Work closely with other staff to provide support and growth for player development
• Uphold and represent the Club’s values, professionalism, and commitment to excellence

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years teaching experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with all ages and skill levels
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• SafePlay Certified
• CPR/First Aid Certified

Preferred Qualifications:
• PTR or USPTA certification
• 3+ years of teaching experience
• Collegiate playing experience
