Position: Tennis Professional (Part-Time) – Junior Programs & Private Lessons

Location: Clearwater, FL

Are you a passionate coach who loves developing the next generation of players and wants the freedom to build a lucrative book of business? GO Tennis Academy is looking for a driven, certified professional to join our team in beautiful Clearwater.

We provide the court space and the vibrant environment; you provide the energy and expertise to help our players (and your career) reach the next level.

The Role
We are looking for a versatile coach to balance two key areas:
Junior Program Excellence: Lead and assist in our junior clinics, focusing on technical development, footwork, and making the game fun for all ages and skill levels.

Private Lesson Growth: Take ownership of building and maintaining a private lesson clientele. This is where your earning potential truly shines.

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays (Afternoons)

What You Bring to the Court
Certification: Must be a certified coach (USTA COACHING, USPTA or PTR).
Experience: Proven track record in coaching juniors and adults.
SafePlay: Must be USTA SafePlay approved and committed to a safe, professional environment.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You don’t just “show up“—you aspire to create, market, and grow your own clientele within our academy.
