Tennis facility in Denver, Colorado is looking for a Tennis and/or Pickleball Professional.

Position Overview:
Candidates with experience in both sports are strongly preferred, though highly qualified specialists in either tennis or pickleball are encouraged to apply.

Option 1: Tennis & Pickleball Professional – Gates Tennis Center (Denver, CO)

Overview:

Join one of the busiest and most respected public racquet sports facilities in the region. Gates Tennis Center offers a structured, quality-driven environment with consistent demand, allowing professionals to build a full schedule and dependable income quickly. The scale of the facility—with 32 combined tennis and pickleball courts—supports strong programming and steady lesson flow.

Responsibilities:
• Provide private, semi-private, and group lessons
• Lead junior and adult clinics
• Support established programs and events
• Deliver a high-quality, engaging on-court experience
• Contribute to a positive and professional facility culture

Compensation:
• Competitive hourly rate
• Most new professionals begin in the mid-$30s to low-$40s per hour, with opportunities for increased earnings over time based on experience, tenure, and program involvement
• Opportunities to earn an additional +$5 to +$10 per hour in select situations
• Typical weekly schedules for active professionals range from 25–40+ hours of on-court instruction, depending on availability and demand
• Stable, established programming environment
• In select cases, guaranteed initial hours (typically around 30 hours per week at the agreed-upon rate) may be provided for a limited introductory period to help new professionals establish their schedule
• Highly accomplished players and teaching professionals (including former touring or elite-level competitors) are encouraged to apply. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and market demand

Option 2: Tennis & Pickleball Pro / Program Builder (Leadership Opportunity) – Southern Colorado

Overview:

This role is designed for a tennis and/or pickleball professional interested in building and leading programming across a growing multi-site racquet sports operation in Southern Colorado. Recent expansion has significantly increased the scale of the operation, with programming extending across multiple sites and 30+ courts throughout the region, with additional growth expected.

Community & Launch Expectations:
This role requires a high level of engagement within the local community. The selected candidate will be expected to take a hands-on approach in building relationships, establishing programming, and creating a strong presence across multiple facilities.
We are actively identifying candidates in advance of a planned near-term expansion, with the expectation of launching a full slate of public programming in early summer 2026.
The ideal candidate understands the importance of being visible, proactive, and fully immersed in the community as the program develops.
