Club in Weston, Connecticut is looking for a Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
The Tennis Professional will deliver high-quality instruction and engaging programming for both juniors and adults, while fostering a welcoming and enthusiastic tennis community. This role is ideal for a coach who is passionate about tennis, excels at communication, and thrives in a club environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach private lessons, clinics, and group sessions for adults and juniors during evening and weekend hours.

Assist in organizing and running club tournaments, socials, and events. Provide feedback and development plans to players of all skill levels. Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment on and off the court. Represent the Weston Field Club in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Collaborate with the Director of Racquets and other staff to deliver a seamless tennis experience. Support tennis court setup, breakdown, and equipment maintenance as needed.
