Tennis facility in Eastham, Massachusetts is looking for a Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Tennis Pro to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in tennis and a desire to educate and inspire students of all ages and skill levels. The Tennis Pro will be responsible for providing high-quality tennis instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the sport within our community. Hours are flexible.

Responsibilities
• Conduct individual and group tennis lessons for students and adults of varying skill levels.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and goals of each student.
• Educate students and adults on proper techniques, strategies, and sportsmanship.
• Organize and lead tennis clinics, camps, and tournaments to engage the community.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Provide feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement.
• Assist in managing court schedules and ensuring proper maintenance of facilities.

Qualifications
• Proven experience working with students and adults in a coaching or instructional capacity is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote skill development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• A passion for sports and physical fitness with a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
