Director of Tennis
Club in Harbor Springs, Michigan is looking for a Director of Tennis.

Position Overview:
Located in the scenic Harbor Springs, Michigan, The Club offers its 650+ members an exceptional and active experience during our summer season from mid-June through early September.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in tennis, who embodies the core values of a platinum-level club or five-star resort. This position provides an opportunity to make a lasting impact, with a high level of visibility and interaction with members. As Director of Tennis, you will be the heart of our tennis operations, overseeing a broad range of responsibilities.

Experience in tennis program management at an elite/private club or resort, including leadership experience in a head professional role and a focus on leading, teaching, and motivating your team while actively engaging with members both on and off the courts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead daily tennis operations with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring exceptional service to members on the courts.

2. Organize and manage all tennis programs and tournaments, creating an exciting and engaging atmosphere for players of all levels.

3. Oversee the pro shop, ensuring high-quality products, efficient operations, and a welcoming environment for all members.

4. Supervise a team of 5-7 tennis professionals and 2-3 shop attendants, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

5. Ensure proper maintenance of our top-notch tennis courts, ensuring that they are always in pristine condition.

6. Schedule lessons and court time, ensuring smooth operations and maximum member engagement.
