Director of Junior Programs
Club in Rockville, Maryland is looking for a full-time Director of Junior Programs.

Position Overview:
• Provides an elevated member experience for juniors through innovative, memorable, carefully designed lessons, programs and events.
• Increase member participation and retention by actively, constantly and personally promoting all junior and club programming.
• Build a coaching team of junior professionals to assist and drive the program alongside you.
• Ensure all junior related equipment and tennis related items are maintained and in immaculate condition.
• Is directly responsible for the growth and development of the 10 and under programs.
• Evaluates student progress and teach tennis best practices and techniques.
• Meets with Director of Racquet Sports weekly to update and collaborate
• Excellent written and oral (English) communication skills required.
• Strong Computer skills required
• Min 2 years running junior program
• Min 2 years in an administrative position
