Tennis Director
Children’s Camp in Merrill, New York is looking for a Tennis Director.

Position Overview:
Camp Chateaugay, a coed children’s sleep away summer camp located in NY State’s Adirondacks seeks an experienced Tennis Director to lead our tennis program from June 9 – August 12, 2025.

Responsibilities include:
• Direct and oversee our 5-level tennis instruction program
• Manage a team of 6-8 tennis instructors
• Schedule and coordinate daily tennis activities across 6 teaching periods
• Implement our age-appropriate curriculum for beginner through advanced players
• Conduct skill evaluations and ensure proper placement of campers
• Organize and run camp-wide tennis tournaments and special events
• Maintain tennis facilities, equipment, and inventory

Compensation includes $4,000-$7,000 based on experience, private room and board with all meals provided, plus the opportunity to teach private lessons daily with 100% profit retention and direct access to our customer base. USPTA certification preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, experience teaching tennis to youth of all abilities, and enthusiasm for creating a positive summer tennis experience.
