Director of Tennis
Club in Roseville, California is looking for a Director of Tennis.

Position Overview:
The Club is looking for a dynamic, passionate and experienced Director of Tennis for one of its premier facilities. The Club is one of the largest tennis facilities in Northern California with 24 LED lighted tennis courts, large membership and very active USTA/UTR programming for adults and juniors. The facility also offers pickleball, swimming, fitness, group exercise and many other indoor and outdoor activities and amenities for our members.

The Director of Tennis plans and oversees all aspects of the tennis department to create satisfied members participating in tennis lessons, clinics, camps, tournaments, socials and other tennis related activities.

Responsibilities include managing a current staff of 10 pros, recruiting and training any future staff.

Running UTR and USTA adult and junior tournaments including the UTR Spare Time Junior Circuit and UTT junior team tennis. Provide top level private and group instruction for adults and juniors. Organize and promote in-house tennis leagues. Manage court usage. Provide orientations to new members. Develop and manage an annual tennis budget. Maintain required stats and records. Be involved in the local tennis community. Attend monthly Tennis Director meetings and all required department head meetings with Club Manager.

Start date: September 1, 2025

Target Total Compensation: $130,000
