Position Overview:
Do you want to earn $85K–$125K/year as a Tennis Director?
The traditional path? Start as a regular tennis coach, hope your facility offers the training to master every skill, then hunt for an open director role. Most directors are in their 40s, “grandfathered” in after decades of grinding. That’s the reality for most.
