Tennis Coach
Club in Yonkers, New York is looking for a Tennis Coach.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for full-time Tennis & Pickleball Coaches who bring energy, expertise, and a love of teaching. You’ll deliver high-quality lessons for players of all ages and levels – from young beginners to competitive youth and adult athletes – while fostering confidence, skill development, and a love for the game.

You’ll also support our growing pickleball programs, applying the same high standards and engaging coaching style as our other locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Player Instruction: Lead private lessons and group classes with structured, engaging lesson plans.
• Player Development: Motivate and challenge players, providing personalized feedback and progress reports.
• Evaluations: Submit player progress evaluations and goal-setting recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and events, supporting a culture of teamwork.
• Operations & Safety: Maintain court readiness, equipment setup, and follow company safety and inclusion policies.
• Culture Champion: Model sportsmanship, discipline, and inclusion on and off the court.
