Director of High Performance
Tennis Center in Port Chester, New York is looking for a Director of High Performance.

Position Overview:
12-indoor (8 har-tru / 4 hard) court tennis center in Port Chester, NY seeks a Director of High Performance junior tennis.

Year-round Director of High Performance (“HP”) position includes salary, percentage of program ownership, and generous hourly rate for teaching. Up to 8 courts available from 4-8pm from Monday through Friday. Program includes off-court fitness training in Fitness Center. Full and partial scholarships available to help attract top talent. Significant administrative and marketing support is provided.

The successful candidate must have the confidence to engage, motivate, and lead junior athletes; must be a strong communicator with a vision for tennis excellence, sportsmanship, and camaraderie; must have college playing and high level junior coaching experience.

Candidates already residing in the New York area are preferred. This is a unique opportunity to establish a rewarding, long-term career while taking the lead in developing one of the region’s top High Performance programs.
