Junior Growth Director
Club in Lexington, Kentucky is looking for a Junior Growth Director.

Position Overview:
Genesis Health Clubs – Lexington Tennis Club is one of the largest indoor and outdoor tennis facilities in the in the country, featuring 15 indoor and 7 outdoor courts. As part of Genesis Health Clubs, the nation’s largest privately owned health club organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional tennis programming and player development.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Director of Junior Growth to lead and grow our junior tennis program. This leadership role is responsible for developing players, building relationships with families, managing coaching staff, and driving participation and program growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact while helping shape the future of junior tennis in Central Kentucky

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow all junior tennis programming, including clinics, camps, lessons, tournaments, and competitive pathways. – Recruit, train, mentor, and manage junior coaching staff. – Build strong relationships with players, parents, schools, and the local tennis community. – Oversee player development from beginner through advanced and competitive levels. – Organize and promote junior events, leagues, and special programs. – Monitor enrollment, retention, and program performance to drive growth. – Collaborate with club leadership to ensure an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in junior tennis programming, coaching, or leadership. – PTR, USPTA, USTA High Performance, or equivalent certification preferred. – Proven success growing programs and developing players. – Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. – Passion for youth development and creating a positive, high-energy culture. – Competitive playing and/or coaching background preferred.
