About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, proven, and visionary Director of High Performance Tennis to lead, expand, and elevate our junior high-performance pathway. This individual will oversee curriculum development, tournament-track training blocks, on-court delivery, coaching staff mentorship, and tournament scheduling for ambitious sectional, national, and college-bound junior players.

The ideal candidate combines high-level competitive playing experience with a demonstrated track record of developing elite junior talent. You will be expected to establish a rigorous, disciplined, and supportive high-performance culture on court while communicating transparently and professionally with parents, players, and facility leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Curriculum: Design, implement, and lead the technical, tactical, physical, and mental development curriculum for all High Performance squads and elite tournament players.

On-Court Excellence: Direct daily intensive academy drilling, point play, and match-simulation sessions; deliver premium private lessons to developing and elite juniors.

Player Pathway & College Placement: Advise players and families on tournament scheduling, UTR/WTN progression, rankings strategy, and the collegiate recruiting landscape.

Coach Management & Culture: Set the energy, standards, and training rhythm for assisting performance coaches; lead weekly coach alignment meetings and ensure consistent tactical methodology.

Operational Collaboration: Work alongside management to coordinate court allocations, seasonal scheduling, evaluation clinics, and player retention/recruitment.

Qualifications & Experience
Coaching Pedigree: Minimum 5+ years directing or coaching in an elite junior academy or collegiate program, with verifiable success guiding players to national rankings and NCAA Division I/III roster spots.

Certifications: USPTA Elite / PTR High Performance (or equivalent international national federation certification; USTA High Performance Coaching Program preferred).

Playing Background: Former Division I collegiate player or professional tour experience (ATP/WTA/ITF circuit) preferred.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and parent-communication skills, with an organized, proactive approach to player evaluations and goal-setting meetings.

Work Authorization: Valid US work authorization required.
