Assistant Racquets Professional
Club in Manchester By The Sea, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Racquets Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist the Director of Racquets and Head Racquets Professional in running programs, teaching lessons and all other aspects of the tennis program. Organize tennis clinics and private lessons that encourage participation in the Club’s tennis programs. Be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Teach private and group lessons in tennis and pickleball, for both adults and juniors
• Assist with the development and management of all Junior programming.
• Assist the DOR in running events.
• Assist the members with all tennis needs and ensure tennis policies are being followed.
• Administer and promote round robins, drop-in, ladders, tournaments, and all other events as applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with proper grammar.
• Racquet Stringing

Job Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years as a Tennis Professional. • High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. • Have played tennis at a collegiate or professional level

Compensation will include commission on private/group lessons and clinics, stringing income, and a highly competitive salary. The position will also offer housing, employee meal, and uniform.
