Director of Tennis
Tennis facility in Rancho Cordova, California is looking for a Director of Tennis.

Position Overview:
Large tennis facility in Northern California is looking for a passionate, dynamic and experienced tennis professional.

Director of Tennis oversees all aspects of the tennis department to create satisfied members participating in tennis lessons, clinics, camps, activities, events, tournaments; and facility usage.

Responsibilities include training and managing a staff of 11 pros. Running USTA/UTR revenue producing adult and junior tournaments. Oversee the Club Junior Coordinator and the UTR Junior Circuit and the UTT league teams. Provide top level group and private lesson instruction for adults and juniors. Organize and promote in-house leagues, tournaments and socials.

Promote and organize USTA and SATA adult leagues. Manage court usage.
Develop an annual tennis budget and plan. Develop programs that attract new members. Provide new member orientations. Maintain required stats and records. Be involved in the local tennis community.

Requirements include 10 years of teaching experience. Experience as a Tennis Director. RSPA or PTR highest certification. USTA Safe Play certified. Ability to work days, nights and weekends as necessary. Efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Total Target Compensation – $150,000 annually
