Job Overview
We’re hiring a Director of Junior Academy to lead the foundation of our player development pathway in Annandale, Virginia. This is the program that feeds directly into our Future Stars and Elite competitive tracks — and we’re looking for a high-energy tennis pro to own it.

What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who lives for the lightbulb moments — the first clean serve, the first match win, the kid who can’t stop smiling after clinic.

Design and continuously improve junior programming for beginner and intermediate players (ages 5–14)
Teach group clinics, camps, classes, and private/semi-private lessons
Mentor, schedule, and develop a team of assistant and part-time coaches
Track player progress and stay in close communication with parents
Coordinate court scheduling, programming calendars, and event planning
Represent the academy at USTA events, tournaments, and community outreach

Who We’re Looking For
USPTA or PTR certification (current)
Proven experience teaching beginner and intermediate juniors with a focus on fundamentals
Experience managing or supervising other coaches
High energy, self-starter, strong team player
Excellent communication with kids, parents, and colleagues
Available to work evenings and weekends as programming requires
College playing background preferred but not required
