Tennis Academy in Ludhiana, India is looking for a Director of Tennis.

Position Overview:
Harvest Tennis Academy, one of India’s leading high-performance tennis academies, is seeking an experienced Director of Tennis to lead our elite junior and ITF development program.

Location: North India
Salary: US$ 5,000/month
Housing: Fully provided
Meals: Fully provided
Contract: 1 Year (3-month probation)
Schedule: 42 hours/week | 1 day off

Academy Facilities:
• 11 Deco Turf hard courts (US Open surface)
• 3 clay courts
• International school attached (Cambridge Curriculum)
• Team of 11 international coaches, 2 fitness coaches & physio

Looking for candidates with:
• Experience developing ITF Juniors / Futures players
• Strong leadership & academy management skills
• High-performance coaching background
• Excellent communication & program planning abilities

The role includes:
• Leading coaching & admin staff
• Overseeing all tennis operations
• On-court coaching of elite players
• International tournament travel & academy representation
