Teaching Tennis Professional
Club in Wayne, Pennsylvania is looking for a Teaching Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and professional Teaching Tennis Professional to support our racquets programming. This role will assist with junior development, adult programming, private lessons, clinics, camps, team practices, and club events while creating a fun, positive, and welcoming environment on court.

Primary Responsibilities
Teach junior and adult tennis lessons for different ages and skill levels
Support junior clinics, camps, and player development programs
Assist with adult clinics, live ball sessions, private lessons, and team practices
Teach grips, footwork, stroke fundamentals, rally skills, strategy, fitness, and sportsmanship
Follow curriculum, drills, progressions, and coaching standards
Provide feedback, track player progress, and communicate professionally with parents when needed
Help create a safe, inclusive, and member-friendly racquets culture
Assist with tournaments, mixers, socials, and community events as needed

Qualifications
Strong tennis background with coaching or teaching experience preferred
Positive, reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills with children, families, members, and staff
Passion for coaching, junior development, and helping players improve
Comfortable working with children, adults, and players of different skill levels
Growth-minded, coachable, and aligned with the department’s vision
Able to manage group dynamics and maintain safety standards on court

This is a paid position ideal for someone who is passionate about tennis, enjoys working with players of all ages, and wants to contribute to a growing racquets program.
