Director of Pickleball & Tennis Programming
Club in Atlanta, Georgia is looking for a Director of Pickleball & Tennis Programming.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Programming who can develop a wide range of pickleball and tennis programming for a new club in metro Atlanta.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

Creating well rounded pickleball and tennis programming that will maximize court capacity and bring in revenue while helping us build a club culture of genuine hospitality.

Hiring and managing the coaching staff with the goal of creating a positive strong culture for both employees and customers

Overseeing facility maintenance to ensure safety and a positive playing environment

Promoting the sports of tennis and pickleball

Creating a welcoming and community building atmosphere for staff and customers

Demonstrating proficiency and knowledge of pickleball and tennis

Providing positive action-oriented customer service and training your staff to offer the same

Excellent organizational skills with a commonsense approach to solving problems

Must be able to work independently, proactively communicating with the owner / coworkers

Ability to master our Play by Point court booking software and to teach others to use it

• Ideally the Program Director would also be the head coach of the program. However, candidates who have experience in sports management but do not have coaching certifications will be considered.
